Bring one analysis you run by hand.
The early cohort runs a Tier 1 session with each lab and shares the documented workflow, the variance points and the computational candidates back for candid feedback. Tell us your institution, your funder, and the analysis you have in mind: the spreadsheet pipeline, the image quantification, the plotting routine you would not want to hand to a new student without sitting beside them.
Open-science-funded labs first.
If your funder requires protocol deposition, you are the lab we built the first version for. If it does not, tell us anyway; the second cohort is any NIH-funded lab with a by-eye analysis step.
Request early access- Reply within two working days with a session time.
- 45-minute talk-through; you bring the analysis, nothing else.
- You receive the documented workflow, variance points and computational candidates within a day, and sign off before anything is exported.
What we ask of you
One analysis, forty-five minutes, and an honest read of what the output got right and what it missed. That feedback is what the early cohort is for.
What you keep
Everything. The workflow, the variance points and the candidates are yours whether or not you continue, exported in a format your notebook or repository can read.
What we will not do
Ask about results or hypotheses, keep a copy after you delete it, or put your protocol in front of anyone outside your lab.
Who you will talk to
The founders. Value Stream Science is small on purpose during the cohort.
